What should I bring with me?

Come prepared with your flute, music, lunch, and water. The Flute Summit will provide all other materials, note paper, and pencils as needed. For all other specifics, please refer to any correspondence from us leading up to the Summit.

What if I have to come late, leave early, or miss some of the Summit?

It is important that participants attend the entire event - ensemble rehearsals depend on having all members present. If an absence is unavoidable, we ask that you notify us immediately so we can plan accordingly.

Are there scholarships available?

At this time we do not yet have a formal scholarship fund - we hope to have one in the future, dependent upon generous donations. If you have concerns and would like to request assistance, please fill out our application HERE.

If you have already registered but the placement music is too difficult, please first contact us so we can assess if you are ready for the Summit or should withdraw. If we decide you are not ready, you will receive a full refund.
